The Charlottesville Area Trail Runners (CATs) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2011. Over the years, the club has grown to include hundreds of members from the Charlottesville area. We offer a variety of events and programs for runners of all abilities, from beginner to experienced.

The Tuesday night trail run currently meets at VA Department of Forestry at 6:00 PM. Run solo or in small groups on the Rivanna Trail, and meet back at the parking lot around 7:00 PM for a post-run hangout! Bring a chair, appropriate post-run clothing, and a beverage of your choice.
